The lodge is an extremely unique property. Located off the electrical grid, this 2,500 square foot  lodge makes it's own electricity via solar panels and  wind turbines. The lodge has three bedrooms and two baths, plus a small loft, which can sleep an additional person on a roll away bed. One other roll away bed is also available for a TOTAL SLEEPING CAPACITY OF ELEVEN!!

The MASTER BEDROOM SUITE  has a king size sleigh bed with a private bath that includes a separate shower with dual shower heads, a huge tub, double sinks and a walk in closet. The second bedroom boasts a queen size bed. The third bedroom/bunkroom, has a queen bed, a double futon, and a twin bunk bed.

THE GREAT ROOM  is tastefully furnished with a leather sofa and loveseat, and a side chair with a comfortable ottoman. Sit around the cozy woodstove with fieldstone hearth, while relaxing watching satellite TV. The dining room table seats eight. Although all furniture is new, the decor is rustic and warm, which is perfect to give you that inviting feeling. 

Enjoy all the comforts of home, with a FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN with all appliances. Gourmet kitchen offering plenty of counter space and cabinets, with an  island  gas cook top. The kitchen, the "hubbub" of the house, is open to the remainder of the main floor, with high ceilings and windows, letting in plenty of light.

The great room boasts floor to ceiling windows, with  views from almost every room in the house. VIEW THE CONTINENTAL DIVIDE to the west from the kitchen and dining rooms, the Puma Hills, the South Platte River (The Dream Stream) and Eleven Mile Reservoir to the north, and state lands and the thick forest to the south and east.

Come and see what it is like to experience being away from all the touristy areas, and the hustle and bustle of city life. Without city lights to obscure the stars, you will find yourself in awe as you view the night skies through the telescope. 

The DREAM STREAM LODGE is a versatile home, perfect for hunting/fishing groups, family holidays and reunions, anniversary celebrations, or big enough for families to vacation together. The open floor plan allows for everyone to be together at the same time and not feel crowded. You will not be disappointed in renting this peaceful private retreat.
